Description
A fossil found a while ago in liaoning currently on display in the museum of liaoning. It might be an adult Tianyuraptor, could be a new Dromeosaurid or even Troodontid tho. It has a LOT of neck feathers in the specimen.

Im sure that there wasn't much neck floof. the specimen probably washed up on a beach, and the neck feathers were dragged by the waves to look poofy, which would explain why it is so well preserved. The same thing happened with one of the Microraptor Specimens when the head feathers looked like a crest
